Chris is NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) and PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist).
His personal philosophy is that a great health and fitness program should consist of four components; individualized, balanced, progressive, and holistic. His goal is to get to know you in order to develop a customized program that encompasses all of the aforementioned components that. He feels that with all four elements, you can improve your quality of life for the rest of your life.
Chris believes that balance is one of the most important parts of life. "We are constantly searching to find a balance between work, fitness, and our personal lives or simply trying to eat a well-balanced meal. As a matter of fact your body itself is constantly trying to establish the right balance, homeostatic regulation, to function the most efficiently it possibly can. In order to create and keep this balance, it's necessary for you to have a holistic health and fitness program. If you are in poor health physically or mentally, you will not be able to achieve your maximum potential for fitness.
