Nikka's journey to fitness began at a young age, when she became involved in a variety of sports (including basketball, gymnastics, and field hockey). After dealing with chronic knee injuries herself, Nikka decided she wanted to help rehabilitate others and improve their health.
She studied Kinesiology and Athletic Training at the University of Connecticut and is a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher. She has since worked with athletes, students, and individuals across the country, ranging from beginners to highly advanced competitors.
Nikka enjoys helping others transform their lives and achieve things they never thought possible. She believes in pushing our boundaries to create the lives we've always wanted; all it takes is a bit of determination, consistency, and hard work.
In her spare time, Nikka enjoys running, coaching for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training, lifting weights, Krav Maga, and yoga. She is also interested in beginning CrossFit in the near future. She looks forward to training with you!
