Now for the technical stuff…
The consultation is composed of two parts: A qualitative discussion and a quantitative analysis. These two components will give you and our experts the information necessary to design a unique program specifically for you.
The qualitative portion of your consultation is simple. It‘s where you have a chance to sit down one on one with a personal trainer and share your story. We want to learn about your past and present health, your personal goals, and we will be there to answer any questions you might have regarding fitness, nutrition, and our club.
During the quantitative portion of your consultation, one of our team members will guide you through several comprehensive tests which include; body composition test, circumference measurements, body mechanics assessment, bmi, rmr, and vo2 testing. Basically, we want to see where you are physically at in terms of your current level of fitness. These steps will also serve as both a baseline and starting point for you if you decide to become a Downsize Member. It’s our way of keeping track of where you started and where you’re going!
With the information and results our experts gather, our team of coaches will create a personal profile and design a three part program that is specifically suited for you.
