Jason's comprehensive approach to successful weight management is a result of extensive research, professional mentorship and years of personal trial and error.
Throughout his career, Jason has continually established relationships with experts in the field of training & conditioning. He is also a lifelong student of how nutrition affects performance resulting in his decision to become a vegetarian in the late 90s.
